Before you start to ask, who the heck is this guy?  Is he important or something?  Is he gonna write about how cool he and his website is?  I would say no to all of these.  I'm only writing if you choose to want to learn something about me and want to get to know me more, then that's cool.  If not, oh well.  It's up to you.

       My name is Michael Nguyen.  The first name is supposedly Catholic and I went to Catholic School and screwed around.  However, that's a different story.  I am a Cantonese and North Vietnamese.  Why would I call myself that?  Well really, North and South Vietnamese used to have their own types of Vietnamese dialect.  Since my father is North Vietnamese but speaks both dialects, so I identify myself with that.  I know mostly the Southern dialect but I've gotten some Northern words mixed into my Vietnamese.  Sigh, however being born and living in this country takes a lot away from your own language and sometimes I find my own fault for not keeping up with my language.  This is the truth: speaking mostly one type of language like the accursed English can help

deteriorate your ethnic language.

       I'm 19 years old I live in Chicago, Illinois.  I'm currently attending Truman College.  I'm almost done with my requirements there so I can transfer to a university or another college so I can learn more about digital art and possibly film.  I like to draw and I practice coloring digitally either with Photoshop or Corel Painter, so I seek a career that involves that.  Also, I love movies and I hope to venture on filmmaking, hopefully having the chance to make a gory B-horror film.  Yep, doesn't anyone want to make a horror film?  I sure do.

       I, am the complete geek of anything of midieval fantasy.  I dwell in warriors, seas that lead to faraway lands, wizards of unimaginable power and elves whom roam the land, waiting for the time when their eve on the world comes for them to sail to the West, leaving the mortal man his own destiny.  As you can tell so far, I am a Lord of The Rings fan.  However, not only that, I've been playing computer games when I was three years old and all the way till now.  Yep.  I'm a gamer by heart.  However, I still haven't gamed as much I've had when I was in high school.  Well, times change.

       Besides from my dorkiness self, I happen to appreciate other stuff in the world.  I LOVE to draw, and I doodle or sketch heartily from time to time.  I'm into rock a lot, however, not the current mainstream bands.  I listen to some old bands and some underground ones.  I'm desperate searching for a Vietnamese punk band for I know that we Vietnamese can rock.  I also like grunge too and also used to be a Nirvana fan.  My interest in rock developed into actual playing with the guitar.  I've been practicing and messing around with my guitar in 7 months.  I'm not that bad of a beginner.

       Hmmm.... that's all I can say for now.  Judge me for all I care, now that you know something about me.
